How the program works?

Enrollment & WhatsApp group

After enrolment, we create a private WhatsApp group – one per client for all communication, check-ins, and doubt clearing. You are free to add your immediate relatives (partners, parents/children, siblings) to the group for support or accountability.

At a mutually convenient time, we document medical history, medications, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals.

Your customized diet + exercise plan is prepared and shared with you within 10–14 days after enrolment (you may postpone up to 30 days if travelling). Day 1 of the program is the 14th day after enrolment, when the plan is shared with you. The initial two weeks are for collecting health information, additional blood tests (need basis), documenting the info etc.

You’ll share FBS/PPBS (and sometimes CGM summaries), blood pressure, and weight/waist as advised. Doctors and dieticians review progress and titrate meds as needed.

The program duration counts from the start date, not the enrollment date.

Once targets are reached, we lock in sustainable habits so you can maintain results for life. You have an option to continue the program under subscription mode by paying Rs 350 per month. (for Advanced & Privileged programs only)

To kick off your personalized program, we’ll schedule a call at your convenience to delve into essential details such as lifestyle, eating habits, dietary patterns, medical history, existing conditions, and medications.

We’ll also review your past blood reports, scan reports, and may request additional reports if necessary, considering conditions and the recency of reports. Within 7-10 days of your program enrolment, we’ll share a detailed nutrition plan. Importantly, the program start date is determined from the day the nutrition plan is shared, not the enrolment date. The exercise plan will follow suit, shared 3-4 days after the commencement of the diet plan. This systematic approach ensures a comprehensive and personalized start to your health journey.

Further, lifestyle changes involve learning to navigate through busy travel schedules, marriage functions, parties, and various other real-life scenarios.

However, we may allow the program to be kept on hold for some time on a case-by-case basis in specific and genuine situations, such as sudden medical emergencies, entirely upon our team’s discretion.
